Just exactly what I ordered at a reasonable price.

Initial order of 96 mixed ProVI’s (5A) arrived with x62 of the balls in a condition that I would not play. Scuffs at the best, cuts through the covers of multiple balls at the worst, so 4A to garbage. These were supposed to be 5A, so there was a breakdown of quality control at some point. I’ve ordered 5A balls from here before (Callaway, Kirklands), and all of them were legitimately 5A. On the bright side, customer service sent a label for me to return the 62 sub-standard balls and had replacements on the way immediately. I’m happy to say the replacements are up to standard. Customer service was fast and professional. Balls are definitely 2014 or older, there are some real classics in there, but with the corrected order they are all in very playable condition. Took some to chip and putt and there is such a difference in sound and feel with the ProVI compared to other balls, even these older ProVI’s. My next order I’ll probably stick to 2016 or newer, but that’s only for consistency. If you found one of these in the woods during a round, it would be a good day and you’d play it.

As advertised - ball grading is very accurate.
